What are the shipping options?At this point in time BrightBlooms is only able to offer USPS delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days after payment. You will be notified by email when your cards have shipped.

What do I do if I received a defective order?BrightBlooms takes great care in the packaging of our cards, but if you do receive defective product please email a photo showing the damage in order for refund consideration.
