My name is Michele and  I have Iived in western Montana most of my life. My family and I love to get outdoors--hiking, camping, biking, skiing and pretty much anything under the sun. I am both a teacher and forever a student--I love to learn. After taking a winter nature photography class and finding the beauty in the greyness of northern winters, I was left desperately seeking color.  This led me to our local greenhouse for the promise of color in the budding blooms. Photographing the flowers, full of brightness and life, filled my heart with warmth and joy.  I realized that others may need that, too. 

Bright Blooms began as a way to teach entrepreneurship to my students but became my way of paying it forward by sharing the images from that day in the form of notecards. I just love to make people smile and sharing both cheerful images and kind words are great ways to uplift each other when we need it the most.
